Racing fleet meet-up points anchor NTE's underground racing leagues. Activating a meet-up queues the player into a fleet match, with stakes paid in fleet-currency. The map pins every active meet-up; most concentrate along the coastal arc but several deep-city meet-ups exist for tighter circuits.
