Crime Activity surfaces the city-event system as 98 recurring intervention spawns where Garuda thugs threaten citizens, steal vehicles, harass hawkers and shops, or engage in reckless chases. Each event respawns on a 500s reset timer and rewards a drop pack on resolution. Stepping in (or not) is the player's call — the Security Office will eventually arrive on its own.
