Bloomhost Effigies are Anomalies formed from players being eliminated in the game, "Fogden". The items they once carried remain perfectly intact and usable. Instead, their flesh turns to stone, and small buds begin to sprout from their skin, blooming into blue flowers.

The effigies themselves are inert. The only components considered "alive" are the clusters of small blue flowers sprouting from their body.
